Level Designers 

 
Description:

We need 3 talented Level Designers to create fun gameplay experiences that will astonish people.

Working with an established set of mechanics, rules and guidelines; you will create box worlds,
compose gameplay then hand completed Levels to 3D artists for beautification. We need Level Designers
for Single Player, 2 Player Co-Op and Deathmatch modes. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
·        Create 3D box world game levels for an Xbox 360 action game as scheduled by the Lead Designer
 
        ·        Tweak, refine and polish gameplay to ensure maximum fun factor for the end user 
 
·        Create, build and script gameplay elements such as enemies, items, music, audio, events, interactivity and puzzles for Single Player, Deathmatch and Co-operative gameplay modes

 
Minimum Requirements:
 
·        2 years game mod experience or equivalent demonstrating exceptional knowledge, ability and talent
 
·        A solid understanding of 3D space, game object placement, pacing, game flow and fun factor
 
·        Strong portfolio of completed Level Designs
 
·        A mastery of UnrealEd and Kismet
 
·        Excellent creative skills. Ability to innovate while working within design guidelines and technical limitations
 
·        Must follow direction, openly seek feedback regarding work and be receptive to constructive criticism
 
·        Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively within deadlines
 
·        High personal standards as demonstrated in quality and pride of work
 
·        Knowledge of prominent and successful games and the ability to analyze, critique and discuss
 
·        Impeccable sense of quality and an unrelenting desire to create AAA quality entertainment experiences for gamers worldwide
 
Preferred Requirements:
 
 
·        Knowledge of the game development process and production pipelines
 
·        Experience on multiple platforms and genres a plus

 
3D Artists
 
Responsibilities:
 
·        Create cutting edge 3D assets for an Xbox 360 action game such as environments, objects, items, vehicles,
animated and dynamic content as scheduled by the Art Director
 
·         Continually push the creative envelope and strive to make the best game possible within the projects constraints
 
·        Must effectively receive and give constructive criticism
 
·        Must be self-motivated, proactive and continually strive to improve 
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
·        2 years game mod experience or equivalent demonstrating exceptional knowledge, ability and talent
 
·        Mindblowing portfolio
 
·        Proficient experience with industry standard 2D\3D Software packages 
 
·        Superior eye for light, shade, color, detail
 
·        Exceptional understanding of form, shape, structure in regard to modeling
 
·        Understands the end user experience
 
·        Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively within deadlines
 
·        High personal standards as demonstrated in quality and pride of work
 
·        Impeccable sense of quality and an unrelenting desire to create AAA quality entertainment experiences for gamers worldwide
 
Preferred requirements:
 
·        An ‘all rounder’ with experience in illustration, modeling, texturing and concept drawing
 
·        Strong foundation in the traditional arts
 
·        Knowledge of the game development process and production pipelines
 
·        Unreal 3 experience considered a plus
 
 
Character Artists

 
Responsibilities:
 
·        Create cutting edge game characters for an Xbox360 action game such as enemies, NPC's, animals and vehicles 
as scheduled by the Art Director
 
·        Work closely with art, design and animation teams to conceive original, unique and interesting character designs
 
·        Continually push the creative envelope and strive to make the best game possible within the projects constraints
 
·        Must effectively receive and give constructive criticism
 
·        Must be self-motivated, proactive and continually strive to improve 
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
·        2 years game mod experience or equivalent study demonstrating exceptional knowledge, ability and talent
 
·        An exceptional understanding of human anatomy in regards to modeling
 
·        Incredible portfolio
 
·        Proficient experience with industry standard 2D\3D Software packages
 
·        Understands the end user experience
 
·        Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively within deadlines
 
·        High personal standards as demonstrated in quality and pride of work 
 
·        Impeccable sense of quality and an unrelenting desire to create AAA quality entertainment experiences for gamers worldwide
 
 
Preferred Requirements:
 
·        Highly imaginative, a problem solver and passion for character design
 
·        Knowledge of the game development process and production pipelines
 
·        Knowledge of prominent and successful games and the ability to analyze, critique and discuss
 
·        Unreal 3 experience considered a plus


2D Artists

Responsibilities:
 
·        Create 2D art assets for an Xbox 360 action game such as load screens, splash screens, animated textures
and special effects as scheduled by the Art Director
 
·        Continually push the creative envelope and strive to make the best game possible within the projects constraints
 
·        Must effectively receive and give constructive criticism
 
·        Must be self-motivated, proactive and continually strive to improve 
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
·        2 years game mod experience or equivalent demonstrating exceptional knowledge, ability and talent
 
·        Mindblowing portfolio
 
·        Proficient experience with Unreal Cascade and industry standard 2D\3D Software packages 
 
·        Superior eye for light, shade, color, detail
 
·        Understands the end user experience
 
·        Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively within deadlines
 
·        High personal standards as demonstrated in quality and pride of work
 
·        Impeccable sense of quality and an unrelenting desire to create AAA quality entertainment experiences for gamers worldwide
