3D Artist
Responsibilities:
- Create cutting edge 3D assets for an Xbox360 action game and maintain a cohesive and consistent art style as defined by the Art Director
- Contribute ground-breaking and original ideas towards all aspects of game art and production for environments, objects and assets
- Continually push the creative envelope and strive to make the best game possible within the projects constraints
- Must effectively receive and give constructive criticism
- Must be self-motivated, proactive and continually strive to improve
- Guard game vision and bring to the attention of management risks, problems or issues associated with the established art direction
- Other art related tasks as deemed necessary by management
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years game mod experience or equivalent study demonstrating exceptional knowledge, ability and talent
- Proficient experience with standard 3D\2D Software packages (Maya, 3DS Max, Photoshop)
- Superior eye for light, shade, color and detail
- An exceptional understanding of form, shape, structure in regard to modeling
- Understands the end user experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively within deadlines
- High personal standards as demonstrated in quality and pride of work
- Team player and passion for games
- Impeccable sense of quality and an unrelenting desire to create AAA quality entertainment experiences for gamers worldwide
Preferred requirements:
- An ‘all rounder’ with experience in illustration, modeling, texturing and concept drawing
- Strong foundation in the traditional arts
- Knowledge of the game development process and production pipelines
- Experience on multiple platforms and genres a plus
- Unreal 3 experience considered a plus
Animator
Responsibilities:
- Create cutting edge animations for an Xbox360 action game using key frame techniques as scheduled by the Creative Director
- Create organic and non-organic animations for characters, environments, weapons, vehicles and objects
- Continually push the creative envelope and strive to make the best game possible within the projects constraints
- Must effectively receive and give constructive criticism
- Must be self-motivated, proactive and continually strive to improve
- Other animation related tasks as deemed necessary by management
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years game mod experience or equivalent study demonstrating exceptional knowledge, ability and talent
- Proficient experience with standard 3D Software packages (Maya, 3DS Max)
- Has an understanding of the character set up process
- Excellent creative skills. Ability to innovate while working within design guidelines and technical limitations
- Effective communication skills. Documentation and verbal communication skills are excellent
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively within deadlines
- High personal standards as demonstrated in quality and pride of work
- Team player and passion for games

Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain, implement, test and debug code for game components for an Xbox360 action game
- Create features and engine components such as Xbox live, online, co-op play, UI, game mechanics, audio, AI and physics
- Collaborate with artists and designers on the requirements and design of systems and implement these and associated features
- Continually push the creative envelope and strive to make the best game possible within the projects constraints
- Must effectively receive and give constructive criticism
- Must be self-motivated, proactive and continually strive to improve
- Other Programming related tasks as deemed necessary by management
Minimum Requirements:
- Computer Science degree or 2 years game mod experience
- Excellent C++ and OOP skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of good software engineering practices
- Excellent creative skills. Ability to innovate while working within design guidelines and technical limitations
- Effective communication skills. Documentation and verbal communication skills are excellent
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively within deadlines

- An intimate knowledge of the Unreal 3 engine (UnrealScript, Kismet)
- Experience with version control systems (CVS, SourceSafe, Perforce, etc.)
- Ability to test, debug, and extend other Software Engineer's code competently
- Knowledge of the game development process and production pipelines
- Knowledge of prominent and successful games and the ability to analyze, critique and discuss
- Desire to mentor and assist other programmers
- Action Shooter Gameplay experience
Character Artist

- Work closely with art, design and animation teams to conceive original, unique and interesting character designs

- Guard game vision and bring to the attention of management risks, problems or issues associated with the established art direction

Responsibilities:
- Execute design tasks for an Xbox360 action game as scheduled by the Creative Director
- Create, document, and communicate design elements and systems such as AI routines, mechanics, combat, controls, inventory and user interface
- Collaborate with the design team to refine gameplay mechanics and ensure that associated controller input is intuitive, responsive and user friendly
- Organize and maintain documentation in accordance with company standards regarding formatting, conciseness and internal development terminology
- Continually push the creative envelope and strive to make the best game possible within the projects constraints
- Must effectively receive and give constructive criticism
- Must be self-motivated, proactive and continually strive to improve
- Guard game vision and bring to the attention of management risks, problems or issues associated with the game design
- Other design related tasks as deemed necessary by management
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years game mod experience or equivalent study demonstrating exceptional knowledge, ability and talent
- The ideal candidate is well versed in mechanics design, systems design and content design for an action game
